I was stuck with password being forgotten for 3 months and my son suggested looking for a disc to help me get into my laptop. It didn't remove the password on windows 8 or 10 like it said, tried but couldn't get it to work, followed instructions to the letter, but after reboot it was still windows password locked,on the administrator account, and I build computers. So either I screwed up, doubtful, or its a bogus disc...

After many hours we managed to load a basic access to XP but couldn't activate same as we couldn't access internet to do so.

It took awhile to get it to work for me-My fault not the products. Now I can finally use my desktop computer instead of my laptop computer I had bought years ago for backup-And glad I did. I took out the password so I never have to worry about forgetting it again. Thanks for such a great product.
