Favorite toy!
This toy is exciting and always catches the attention of my daughter who has had it for a few months now (we got it for her when she was three months old). It makes noise when moved around, the colors are enticing and it is easy for her to hold onto and chew on. The only thing that makes me nervous is the paint job on the wood seems like it could be a little porous in places, but in the description it says that it is safe for children to chew on so I truly hope that it is. I bought a lead testing kit and will absolutely update this review once I test the paint if it comes up positive! She really loves it and it's a cool design, so fingers crossed it is legitimately a safe product.

Great toy for younger babies.
My little guy really enjoys this toy. It's easy for him to manipulate, it has a gentle rattle, the colours are bright and interesting, and he loves putting the little knobs in his mouth and gumming them. I got this toy for my baby when he was 3 months old and he still enjoys it at 5 months.

Beautiful toy but boring for my baby
It's beautiful to look at and clearly doesn't look cheap. In fact, it looks pretty "designer" even just sitting on the shelf. However, my baby gets bored of it in under a minute. The sounds are so soft and gentle that they don't sustain her interest (though they're music to my ears compared to the electronic toys), and there doesn't seem to be a lot happening when she interacts with it. Maybe it works for babies who can razor focus, but for babies that are very curious like mine, it isn't enough.

Just like my husband had
My husband picked this toy out because he had one that he loved when he was little and wanted our little guy to have one too. The little guy loves it and has since before he could grip things. It has a nice sound as a rattle. He loves doing it himself now and it's the only toy he'll try chewing on. It's durable and well loved.
