No problems with the supplement so far. My Vitamin D level came back as low, so my doctor instructed me to take 4000 IU of Vitamin D everyday for 90 days. I chose this product because it included 4000 IU as the dosage, and came with 100 pills, so they were perfect for me. I have not had my Vitamin D levels rechecked, but I have not experienced any nausea or other discomfort with these vitamins. They are in tablet, not capsule form. I generally prefer capsule, but when I get my Vitamin D level rechecked, I will update.

I have been using this product for almost 5 years. It’s affordable, and lasts a long time. Especially helpful during the winter months when we don’t get too much sun. My Dr. recommended Vit D due to my low levels and my levels improved with my next test.

I don't absorb fats very well. By labwork at my doctor's office, my Vitamin D level was very low. I took other brands of regular Vitamin D, and there was no improvement in my labwork. Just throwing my money away. So I started to take this barnd of vitamin D from Vibrant health. It absorbs better. The value is great! Much cheaper than other brands, but my labwork says that this is a great product. Thank you!
