Easy for one person to assemble, even a screwdriver and Allan key provided. The box arrived and was so small I was dubious it contained a double bed. Excellent value. Very comfortable. One thing to point out: it's a platform, not a bed frame. The mattress lies on top of it, not inside it, but I was okay with that as it doesn't restrict feet etc if you like them out of the end of the bed sometimes. It's sturdy but light enough for a reasonably fit person to move around on their own. Bonus: lots of storage underneath. Great buy.

Clear instructions for assembly. Very sturdy when completed. Lightweight and easy to move around with removal of two bolts. Perfect for moving around. Plenty of space underneath for storage. Excellent value for money.

This is a brilliant bed frame and was easy to put together, and took a little longer than the video said. There is no creaking or noise when moving. It is high, but that allows for the underneath to be fully utilised for storage boxes (mine are 33cm high), perfect for my needs. One small issue with just one of the screw hole on one leg, but sorted and all fitted together. I have put a cheap topper under the mattress to protect if from the reasonably thin (but very strong) slats. The bed is longer than the mattress, but that allows for the headboard to fit above the frame and not the mattress. Very pleased with this for under £100.

I read the reviews before buying and noticed that around half were saying assembly was easy and the rest saying it was hard. I think the issue is the tools provided aren’t up to the task. It took me over ten minutes to do one bolt with the supplied Allen key and spanner. It decimated my hands and I couldn’t even get it fully tight. Then I got out my ratchet set. The next bolt took 30 seconds and that included fully tightening the first bolt. Don’t even bother trying to use the supplied tools. You need a ratchet set for nuts and Allen key screws. The bed itself seems very sturdy. I’ve not tested it out yet but it seems fine. I’ve taken 1 star off because of the misleading idea you can get by with the supplied tools. You’d have to have hands of steel.

Came packed properly in cardboard box (keep the box incase need to pack and change house). Installation page come along with 2 tools and nuts bolts and easily understandable. Just need 10-15 minutes to install. Best thing is, you will have lots of space underneath of this bed once assembled. You can literally put 4 large suitcase and probably still have room for water bottle case or the box in which frame came in with. Way much durable than fancy wooden beds. Cons. Be careful while walking close to bed because a small hit on metal corner Will hurt like hell. Buy one of those sponge or soft tape to cover the corners.

We needed a new bed base and this was an great choice. The instructions were easy to follow and it was straightforward to assemble by one person. It's just the right height with the mattress for getting in and out of bed, and there's room underneath for under-bed storage boxes. The legs down the centre of the frame mean your bed won't sag in the middle (mattress exempted).

I ordered this bed, finally got round to building it today. I could not believe how easy this bed was to build it only took me 20 minutes and I was so shocked. In total only 18 screws. All sections pre done fold out in 5 pieces to screw together then slot in the slats. I was totally amazed by the quality and the storage underneath is excellent so if your lacking in space like me this bed is a must buy. 🙂

Sturdy but doesn't include the blocks to stop the mattress from moving like in the pictures. Disappointing
