Makes lovely bread.
My friend recommended this flour as I was struggling to get a good rise when I baked bread, I use it in a bread machine and the quality is so excellent now my bread is a lot lighter in texture and the rise has improved and the taste is lovely this is definitely the best flour I have used for baking bread.

Tastes like cardboard
I bought some of this flour at a local farm shop and made a loaf in my Panasonic bread machine 50/50 with their white bread flour. Texture and springiness were great but the loaf tasted like cardboard with a long-lingering after taste. Very unpleasant.
