Washington & Leaver’s Principles and Practice of Radiation Therapy

Every radiation therapist should read this book. It is basically the Bible of RT. Helped me pass throughout the program and to pass the ARRT with flying colors.

Seller was great. Book arrived ahead of schedule and in time for my classes to start. Textbook has typos, which makes learning my material hard.

The amount of information that is present incorrectly or data that’s out of date is ridiculous. The fact that the ARRT utilizes this as their holy grail terrifies me. The multiple choice questions that don’t have one correct answer leaves you to have to figure out the “best possible answer” completely explains why people in Human Medicine are as uneducated as they are. They are learning the incorrect information and thinking styles. There has to be a better book out there for Radiation Therapists.

This textbook is amazing to review for the CAMRT exam and past lecture materials! Everything in the textbook so far has been covered in class and in an even more concise manner. Great textbook to invest in!
