Now What
Just received the new Redline Powder Coating EZ100J from India and it failed during first job, the electro static charge is not working as is the KV display, no problem everything is not perfect and sometimes breaks down, the part I don't like is the fact that Redline will not answer the emails I have sent which have been quite a few now. If they don't care because they already got paid they should be honorable enough to tell their customers to buzz off that way they won't bother waiting. This is what happens when one deals with these out of country products, when something goes wrong you are on your own..
