I've waited over three months to write a review for this shampoo. Ever since I contracted Covid, my hair has been falling out like crazy! It had gotten so bad that I was feeling bald spots across my scalp! I am only in my twenties! I eat a relatively health diet of organic foods, and I take vitamins and minerals frequently. But none of that mattered unless I had a decent shampoo and conditioner. I've tried different brands for months in end, all of them natural shampoos and conditioners. They didn't make a difference. Some of them made my hair loss WORSE. I'm relatively frugal, I hate wasting money on fancy shampoos that do just as good of a job as $3 shampoo. The price on this wasn't too bad, so I broke down and tried it.At first I didn't notice a difference, but gradually, I began to lose less and less hair over time. I have not made any changes in my diet or supplements for the purpose of consistency with this experiment. I used this shampoo in conjunction with Renpure Conditioner. This combination worked rather well over the course of three months. It reduced my hair loss to the bare minimum, I only lose one or two strands on average per day compared to the clumps (no exaggeration) of hair I lost each day. It gave my hair enough time to recover and grow back. My hair is shiny, thicker and fuller. The bald spots are seeing new hair growth, and my hair is almost back to normal.This shampoo has been a near miracle for me! I also love the mint scent from the essential oil, it is so strong and refreshing. Bonus points to this product because whenever I have a headache and rub this shampoo on my scalp, my headache dissipates (and I have a hard time getting rid of headaches without ibuprofen. Even then they still come back). Another great aspect about this shampoo is that it is cruelty free, I'll always support cruelty free brands. This shampoo lathers great! At one point I had diluted it (half water, half shampoo) when Amazon had run out of the shampoo and I tried to order, so I had to wait. The diluted combination worked just as well and cleaned great!I cannot overstate how happy I am with this shampoo! It is truly impressive! I am a repeat customer and will continue to order. Highly HIGHLY RECOMMEND ORDERING!

I love the shampoo and conditioner but I have a problem with the packaging. The bottles are a thick plastic that doesn't bend easily so my arthritic hands have trouble squeezing the bottles. I have resorted to holding the bottle against my thighs and pushing with one hand. Also the bottles are tall and thin and keep falling over so now I have a bottle that is cracked enough at the top to make a hole. I will have to find a way to transfer the contents of the bottles into something that pumps I guess. But the product itself is great! I love the minty-ness and my hair looks really great compared the the product I used to use. Just please change the packaging if you can.

Been using this shampoo for over a year now, and I continue to love the product. It's not a "miracle shampoo" but I consistently enjoy the clean smell, feel, and result of what I see in using this product. I love that it's free of harmful chemicals and it feels good knowing that I'm putting something somewhat healthy on my hair every day.A solid buy, and will use into the future!

Like this shampoo. It has a bit of a medicinal smell when applied but does a nice job.

I love this product and it helps my hair growth since radiation. The last bottle I received was stiff and hard to get the product out. This time the bottle was delivered in the box on time but without a cap. I am disappointed I cannot keep it within the shower.

I contacted the manufacturer because I literally was not strong enough to squeeze the bottle to get the shampoo out. The plastic container (as shown in the photo of the product) is too hard to squeeze. I contacted manufacturer to see what I could do. Their response was to empty the shampoo (and conditioner which I was having the same problem with) into another container. After reading the reviews I see that this is a common complaint. The shampoo pours easily with the lid off, but the conditioner does not without shaking the container against your hand so it doesn't splatter everywhere.. I asked if they could supply usable containers, or another solution, and never heard from them again. I advised if I did not heard back I would write this review.
