The force you need to use is too hard for the teeth and gums. Couldnt use it

The idea of jaw exercising is good, but this product is basically expensive tat, the mouthpiece is cheaply constructed and not fit for purpose, you may fare better by just buying a piece of hard rubber to bite on.

This product comes with two strips which 'plug in' top and bottom for your teeth to engage with presumably to protect the silicone from damage by your teeth. Unfortunately, the strips immediately dislodge when you start to use the product and in my case they came loose and could constitute a choking hazard. The principal of this jaw exercise is probably great, but i have found that this particular product does not quite 'cut it'.

Pretty rubbish and took ages to come

Worked well as a beginner, used it every day for 4-6 minutes then it split so I’ve gone to the next weight level. I did see a difference definitely in my jaw line hence I’ve gone the next level

Mate this doesn't work, for a improved facial structure go to the gym and do cardio.

Très grand, si vous avez une petite mâchoire ne le prenez pas... Difficile d'effectuer les mouvements avec les dents de devant pour ma part, je crains à chaque utilisation d'abîmer ma dentition...

The product felt too bulky for my mouth. I think if the jaw isn't properly aligned while biting, this could lead to injury. I decided to cut mine into smaller pieces to chew on comfortably for my molars instead of front teeth. I like the idea of the product.

It was way to larger to fit between my teeth. It says you can return, I understand why you wouldn’t be able to return, but no one ever answered email
