Don't believe that QC sticker next to the incorrect model sticker
The one I received is labeled 12/24v. It is supposed to autodetect the voltage from the battery. My system is 24v, and the controller see it is 24v, but won't auto switch to that voltage for charging. Parameters available are only for 12v systems. I bet any reviewer that says it is a good controller has a 12v system.

Fast shipping and delivery, and appears to be in good condition
I'm leaving four stars, because although I haven't set it up yet, I am happy with the condition in which this item was delivered, as well as the prompt shipping and tracking information provided. In reading the user reviews, I saw that a lot of people were upset at the lack of a paper installation manual, which was initially the case with me. But on closer inspection of the charge controller, I noticed a small sticker with a QR code printed on it, stuck to the top of the charge controller. Turns out, this is where the manual is found. I am going to try and do the installation this weekend, and see how it goes. Hopefully it will be ok.

Excellent system upgrade
My original solar power / wind turbine emergency power supply station (meant to take the place of a noisy, gas-powered generator... no fuel, no oil, no noise, no exhaust) failed after just a year. After much searching, I came upon this as a replacement component for my standby power system. Very easy to install and wire. Just be certain you measure the wire connection openings so you get the proper wire gauge. Also, the turbine icon is on continually, unlike the solar power indicator. However, the turbine icon will animate when the connected turbine produces sufficient voltage. Other than that, I'm happy with the unit.
