Great product but received two orders with only one package. Should be "Size: 30 Ounce (Pack of 3)"
Apr 2025 update. The description has been changed to one pack so now it's double the price I can get locally. Note: I received two recent orders with only one package of three. Description says: "Size: 30 Ounce (Pack of 3)". I am hoping this is corrected so I can order more. These are my favorite noodles. I use them for cooking chow mein and noodles only with a little seame oil. It is true that the 2.5 oz cakes break apart in this package size. I just use a scale. That works okay for me because I often cook quantities that aren't multiples of 2.5 ounce. There is a smaller package size that maintains the shape and size but those smaller packages are usually more expensive per weight. I find they taste best when rinsed well after cooking. They take about 5 minutes ( 2,200 feet altitude) to cook and about a minute less if I'm adding to the chow mein as the last step. I use a pasta fork to break them up after about the first minute cooking so they don't clump. This small inconvenience is offset by the short cooking time and great taste and texture.

Good noodles
These are tasty noodles that work well for my purposes, which is an easy quick meal that doesn't cause GI upset. These noodles come in a single bag and they aren't individually wrapped. The bag isn't resealable. However, I don't think that's a problem. It doesn't seem like they'd go stale and I can close the bag with a bag clip. They don't come with a flavor packet which is what I expected. There's a suggested simple recipe on the back of the bag for adding some flavor as well as cooking instructions. I also looked up good flavors to put in ramen or noodles and added a bunch of spices and it turned out pretty good. I also cooked them with carrots and tofu. So you can do a number of things with these noodles. The noodles themselves are good, they have good texture and they don't take long to cook. The portion sizes are good for me personally. Plus I can cook it and then put it in the fridge for later. They're still good hot or cold and I see no problem with reheating them. Oh and in the bag, there's separate noodle "blocks" just like you'd get from a regular ramen packet, with the hardened/uncooked noodles in pressed into blocks. They are all just stacked on top of each other in the bag. It's easy to reach in and grab one to cook it. My package didn't come with crumbled noodles, they were completely intact. I guess it just depends on the shipping.

Healthy combination of rice and millet
Taste great. Easy to make. You can just crunch a cup full of dry noodles and put in any soup, stew or even curry. Much healthier than regular Ramen noodles due to millet flour. 4g of protein in 35g.

Does not come with spices!! Just noodles!
Does not come with spices but the noodles are great. I bought some ramen season and it was FIREEEEEE Took off one star because the cooking time is never what it says in the box, takes way longer

Enjoy Ramen again my dear gluten-free freaks!
I’ve been gluten-free for 15 years and there are some things that you just can’t replace, one of them is Ramen. Until now that is. We buy this in bulk and use it also for pasta. The texture is wonderful. The flavor is divine and it cooks in under three minutes. This is our go to and it should be yours too!

Great noodles, awful packaging.
Good protein for a pasta, not too much fat, a decent amount of fiber and low to almost no sodium. A great alternative to cheap ramen noodles if the "cheap" part isn't your main concern. Cooks up fast, though don't overcook it as it tends to get softer faster than regular ramen noodles. And if it comes in the same packaging that they're using now expect that about a quarter of your noodles won't be in those nice little loaves but will have broken loose and be jiggling around inside the package. Your results will probably vary depending upon the mileage your package has been shipped. But hey, the broken ones cook up just fine so it doesn't bother me too much and they really are great noodles.

Great noodles, but misleading product info.
Absolutely love these noodles, but the product description says it would come with three packs, which is backed by the price per ounce, but only one pack came.

This is it -- REAL gluten-free ramen!
I have a lot of food allergies and struggle to find replacements for favorite foods. This is the best option I've found for ramen noodles BY FAR. The texture, taste and versatility of this product is unmatched by any other brand! I find that I prefer to use two packets for my big ramen bowls (for one adult) but one packet is sufficient for one of my kids. These pair beautifully with homemade broth, vegetables, meat, et cetera. The bulk price on Amazon is also better than local grocery prices for ONE package. I've repurchased this multiple times and plan to continue buying it as long as I can!

¡Jajaja!
