I have one stuck onto two of my 27-inch monitors and another one stuck under my desk. It doesn't reach all the way around the monitors but I don't need it to be that long. Brightness is really good a dimly lit room and when the lights are off, it's quite bright. If you're looking to light up a room, perhaps look elsewhere. The strip is also a lot better than the £25 10 metre lights I bought a few years ago because the colours would fade towards the end of the strip, these however, don't do that and the colours are consistent throughout the strip. The app is okay and setting up was quite easy. I had the lights turned on and opened the app, and it instantly linked onto the two strips I had. Now, I'm able to control both strips with ease and save a few colours that I want. The one issue is that when changing the brightness of the strips from the app, the colour resets to a blueish light and then you have to pick the colour you want after you're happy with the brightness. I also saw a lot of posts about people having a whining/high-pitched noise and I only experienced it once, and it was due to the USB cable being plugged into my wall plug in a particular angle. I had to fiddle the cable, and depending on the angle that the cable enters the plug, it creates a high-pitch noise. I no longer have the noise coming off the lights, and I've been using Sellotape to stick it to my monitors.

Well worth it. It's beautiful, quality seems good too no problem. Remote does need to be right at it for lights to be controlled but that's fine. Very easy to install. Sticks really easily too.

I was pleasantly surprised when this arrived. The easy-to-install method, the clear instructions, and the range of colours it provided. Although, as I delved deeper into using the product, I noticed a new things that I maybe didn’t expect when reading about this product. The instructions state that the remote receiver on the LED’s themselves should be obstruction free - and it is. Then why can’t I get the remote to work 9/10 when I point it directly at the receiver? I mainly use the app to control the LED’s which I feel is much easier and pleasant to use. When I turn off the LED’s it remembers what colour I was on and turns on with that colour again when I turn on the TV. However, I have a very irritating issue. At about 2AM, the lights randomly turn on and off twice for about 10 seconds, without input from the TV. I maybe thought it was the on time and off time in the app but i tried playing around with those and alas, no luck. Also, when turning the volume up on the TV, or any input from the TV remote for that matter, it changes the LED lights as well!! Then I have to go into the app and change it again. Very annoying! I must add that this only occurs on the odd occasion though. Despite the annoying things about this product, I would say it’s good value for money and has brightened up my room nicely, adding vibrancy to the content on the TV. A good buy overall!

I’ve been looking around for the right lights for my needs. I want to put the strip lights on the awning of my camper van which is 2.5 metres in length. These lights will fit perfectly in the channel and the thing I needed them to be able to do is run off a battery power pack. Having plugged them in..... They do! I am so pleased! I plugged them into my Anker power pack on the 1a socket and they came straight on. :-) I downloaded the ‘HomePlus Light’ app and connected via my phone’s Bluetooth with no issues whatsoever. Lots of features with the phone, but to be honest the remote is comprehensive enough not to need the phone app. I suppose you’d only need the phone app if you wanted the lights to react to music or microphone. In conclusion, for £7 I am really pleased with the lights which look to be a decent quality. And if they last a year it’s £7 well spent! I can’t wait to put them on the awning and see how they look.

Excellent quality set of LED lights that came well packaged complete with self adhesive clips, remote control, usb cable and clear instructions in multiple languages. The LED lights are 2 meters in length and were perfectly sized for my 55” TV. Fitting the lights and corner clips was a breeze and upon plugging them into my TV usb socket, they lite up brightly. The supplied remote control was easy to use and provide a variety of colours and effects like fade, strobe etc.. There are instructions to download the LED software (HomePlus Light) for either IOS or Android devices, the software was easy to install and use and gives you many more functions, colours and a music sync feature. Overall I am really please with the quality of the lights and it’s features and I am happy to recommend.

LED backlights- I’ve had so many compliments on these lights around my tv, they look brilliant. They bring a warm feel to the room. I have had no issue with sticking these around my tv, infact I moved them from an old tv onto a new one and they have still stuck perfectly so the adhesion is really good. They come with a small remote (with batteries) and able to change the settings with this. I change the colours with the app on my phone as you have to be really close up to the tv for the remote to work. They plug into the usb slot into the back of the tv, and turn on and off when tv is switched off and on. Overall these are worth a buy! There is a lot of options to choose from on Amazon for these kind of lights so I was struggling for what ones to pick but I am glad I have chose this lightning. I actually ordered my parents a set as well for there tv so I would recommend to others.

Lichtbild zum fairen Preis. Einzig die Fernbedienung ist zu beklagen Wenn man kein Kabel sehen möchte und dieses hinter dem Schrank bzw. dem Fernseher versteckt, muß man aufstehen und sich zum Empfänger bewegen damit dieser funktioniert. Deshalb ein Punkt Abzug. Wenn man jedoch den QR Code aus der Anleitung kopiert und die App runterlädt und diese benutzt, funktioniert das super. Könnte auch ein bisschen heller sein. Alles in allem ist es aber ein Produkt was ich empfehlen kann. 4 Sterne 👍
