Great Product!
I used these at Christmas time for a brunch I was hosting. I put some in a mortar and pestle to pulvarize them into a powder, then used to dust a small plate that held an appetizer, made for a very festive and pretty presentation. They have a nice mild pepper flavor.

Fresh, spicy and fruity!
I bought these to make a pepper jack cheese. They arrived perfectly sealed and peppercorns were intact (not crushed). I toasted them to bring out the oils before using and they had a wonderful citrusy tang that black peppercorns don't! Excited to use this in cooking too.

Excellent!
Very fresh and aromatic. Pink peppercorns are softer than black ones, & will clog up a pepper grinder due to their soft nature. There is nothing wrong with the peppercorns. I crush them with a mortar & pestle.These have excellent flavor.
