I know this is going to help every single person who reads this. I experimented with 4 brands before i started eating this iron tablets. The correct way to eat iron tablets is empty stomach first thing in the morning after you do poo 💩. And then you have your breakfast after 1 hour. You don't directly have chai or coffee after this. You have breakfast & then continue with your day. The energy level will boost within a week of usage. To double check, google - when the best time to take iron supplements throughout the day. If you're taking this without someone prescribing, this is what you gotta follow. My iron levels are 25. It's insane how low it is. Within a month of usage, I will let you know after my blood test, how much has it come. Edit - I've used this for 2 months now. It does nothing. This is very discomforting to the stomach. My entire 💩 cycle was ruined because of this. Constantly constipation. I got my iron test done as well. It is now 17. This hasn't helped. I've blocked all calcium intake as well for 3 hours post this tablet. Still it hasn't worked. Don't buy, save your money.

My iron level raised unexpectedly ..To 200 ..that gave me a serious health concern.. though I just had taken prescribed amount ..So I would suggest to consult with your doctor first before consuming any such supplements
