Both sides are mylar. It's reflective on both sides. Its strong and durable. I've re-used this mylar on both sides of my indoor greenhouse where I grow tomatoes and perennial flowers.

How thin is this in mils? 2mil? 1mil? 1/2mil? 1/4mil?

THE FILM IS VERY THIN AND CAN BE SEEN THROUGH IN CERTAIN LIGHT. It is good to keep hot sun out of the sunroom windows.

Dose it reflect all the light spectrums even the ones we cant see

Mylar won't reflect invisible wavelengths except super short infrared. So it will help warm up the plants

I wanted to pin this to the wall, flat and use it for a film, does it lay flat on the wall?

This comes folded into 3" x 4" packs. I think if you unfolded one, let it sit out for awhile until the folds relax, it should work, especially if you pinned or taped it around the edges. For $10.00 it's worth a try :)
