I was skeptical of buying hair online. I need to feel it first for softness and potential irritation issues. When I got this hair, I was pleasantly surprised by the feel and quality. This is the first passion twist product I've been able to keep from tangling and matting after more than a couple of weeks. I'm a month into my wear and it still looks good. (See pics) It can be taken out and re-installed. I've never been able to do that before. Almost every strand can be reused. A few have gotten snagged by my glasses and the headbands I used to keep it off my face and neck during workouts. The hair isn't heavy even though I used more than one pack. I wanted a fuller look so I bought the 4" pack to fill the back of my head. I've gotten so many compliments on this hair. My mom has been asking me to order some for her. I definitely will be purchasing this again.

Great hair gets a littke frizzy but just clip it and it looks fresh again not itchy at all great texturen

I like that the product is 4 inches but the quality is not very good at all. The hair itself is very scraggly if you pull it at the least it stretches and you lose the curl you can trim the pieces hanging out but it's just like it's raveling loose it was used on my head but I have to be very careful with it and that's not what it should be for the money I paid for it. The order was 4 inches that and the was about the only thing that was right. I would like to continue to order the hair but there needs to be some changes about the quality of it because people waste money like I did and it's not worth the quality
