I ordered this to use as a travel laptop. Music, videos, email and web surfing are virtually the only thing I wanted. No game playing. First, to me, it was in brand new condition. Honestly, I don't think I would be able to distinguish this from a new machine. For my use it is perfect. I use an external sata drive, which has all my data on it, so the relatively small 256 gb drive that it comes with is not a limitation. It works flawlessly. I use headphones or a small bluetooth speaker when I travel and the sound was great as far as I am concerned. I honestly can't believe I got all of this for the price I paid.

It is a good laptop though the windows set up took time and it is not as smooth and fast but it is good.

Worst purchase I have ever made on Amazon. The first time I ordered this they sent me a laptop that was in Portuguese. I sent it back and the replacement came today and it won’t even turn on. The power button just flashes white.

I bought this Dell Latitude 7480 for moderate personal use at home. I had wanted a Microsoft Office based laptop and have long been satisfied with many Dell products over the years so I was very clear on what I wanted going into the purchase. The 7480 I purchased is very close to the Dell laptop I use at work and I have been very pleased with my purchase so far. The unit arrived in great condition with easy to follow up set-up instructions. While I could tell the unit was refurbished, it absolutely does not look "used". To date I have had no issues with any of the hardware, system, screen, or port operations of my laptop. I did purchase the service plan and am clear on how to use it but thankfully as of yet, I have had no need of it. My refurbished laptop came from ITReplay and from what I have seen so far, they did a fantastic job with this unit. I am very happy with this purchase and would absolutely recommend it.

Needed a sturdy, windows computer while converting to a new job that required windows-only programming. Setting up took a little bit of time, but with some trouble shooting and Google, I was updating and using it in no time. Grateful when Amazon said refurbished, it meant almost brand new. Battery life held up all night, falling asleep watching Netflix. The keyboard is wonderfully the right amount of “tappy,” and it runs multiple programs like Microsoft edge, zoom, and business software like a dream.

Laptop came on time and almost perfect condition, small cosmetic stuff, but works great ! Fastest pc in my home now, battery is great and charger was new. I am absolutely going to buy another one ! 100% worth the money !

I bought this laptop a few weeks ago. On arrival the charger was malfunctioning. When I plugged it in the light on the charger would come on then gradually fade if it is not plugged into the laptop. If plugged into the laptop it would go off immediately and of course the laptop never came on. I borrowed my neighbour's charger and was able to use the laptop. All was well with it. I was disappointed that it did not have a backlit keyboard. I knew that was a possibility but it seemed a bit confusing when I was buying it as to whether it did or did not have this feature. Anyhow, everything else is ok. The screen quality is just ok. The performance is good, as is to be expected of a laptop with these specs. There were a few minor scratches on it which they apparently repaired. Overall I am satisfied but I wish the seller would spend more time ensuring everything works rather than just shipping them out and offering returns for what does not work. I live in Kingston Jamaica so returns are not convenient. By the way, I contacted Amazon support for this and the rep said they would give me a $30 voucher to buy a charger since I was satisfied with the laptop itself. I agreed to it. I never received it though. Oh well...

Battery it's at 60% but no complaints.

La compra para uso de la universidad (ingenieria) y fue una excelente compra, viene como nueva aún que, no es la que se presenta en las fotos. Corre sin problemas software como fusion 360, blender y labview que son los más exigentes que he empleado cabe mencionar que al tener gráficos integrados el rendimiento no es del todo bueno en estos software pero si aceptables para alguien no exigente como yo. Una excelente compra. Se llega a calentar después de un tiempo de uso y la batería solo dura alrededor de una hora y media pero no tengo problema con ello. Después de casi dos meses de uso solamente se le empezó a caer como el forro que se le había puesto, fue mínimo alrededor de 2cm² nada relevante, corre un par de juegos como valoran, pero se calienta y los ventiladores empiezan a trabajar al máximo (mucho ruido) en fin para uso de universidad, ingeniería fue una excelente compra. Después de un año de uso sigue funcionando casi como cuando la compre, lo único que he mandado a arreglar fue el teclado debido a que una letra dejo de funcionar, de ahí en fuera todo funciona correctamente, el vinil no se ha despegado, la batería sigue en el mismo estado, excelente compra!

Works perfect . Some Windows updates necessary but the hardware at this price is amazing!

Trabajado bien y sin problemas, excelente equipo, rápido, bien cuidado y trabajado.

Bon portable usagé, beaucoup de mise a jour et lourde, tpm 1.2 donc Windows 10 qu'on peut mettre en français. Super clavier que j'aime bien. Super pad réactif. Prise, ou embout, alimentation un peu lousse avec le câble. installer le logiciel DELL pour les maj. SSD aux perfs raisonnables, en bas du 500mo/sec. J'aime bien l'écran, même si un peu petit. Il est super pour la maintenance matériel quoi que déjà tout équipé sauf pour un second ssd msata wwan = 1 emplacement de libre. wifi 5. Windows 11 pro va bien aussi.
