The multivitamins are packed with good ingredients that I don’t usually find in vitamins in stores — like, I’ve never seen biotin in a multi! I’ve always had to buy separate ones. Plus, it has this really nice minty flavor! It seems a little strong when you first open it, but it goes away after a bit. They’re very easy to swallow and I think the capsule is dissolvable? I just didn’t know the container would be so small. It’s about the size of a mini candle and it’s a 30 day supply (2 pills a day). I like it better than any gummies that I’ve taken or any other gross tasteless pills. Definitely getting more. 🖤

I've read good things about these multivitamins. I only received them today but I'm sure they'll do what they're supposed to do.However, had I known these were minty scented(?) I would not have ordered these. There is nothing about mint anywhere on the packaging (though I could have missed it) but these have a minty... scent? flavor? to them. I'm not a fan of mint in general, in addition to the fact that mint can trigger migraines for me. And it isn't a subtle scent. It seems wholly unnecessary to make these smell minty. It's not even a sweet mint like gum--it's just pure mint.I'm also not a fan of companies that make the item look bigger by making the packaging huge. It seems like a waste of paper and a little disingenuous. But this is a nitpick.All in all, I'm sure these are good quality. But if you're someone like me who has chronic migraines and mint can set them off, I would avoid these.

The taste isn’t the best minty strong taste . It’s nothing you can’t take. Vitamins are very good after 3 days great energy has my nails growing so good as well as my hair. I usually get them from target. This was a quicker way. Thanks definitely recommend.

Easy on my stomach. Felt great taking them. Price was good. Would get them again! They are very good. Noticeable improvement.

I love the flavor and the easy to swallow capsules. I just feel like they are lacking in potency.I got the pre/probiotic capsules and loved them so I thought I’d give the multivitamin a shot. I usually use smarty pants womens vitamins and love those. I’ve been using Rae for a month and I’m still tired and feel like I would without taking vitamins.Guess I’m going back to smarty pants or ritual.

I take these vitamins every day I have been taking them for over a year now I feel like they do well they do not hurt my stomach and give me extra immunity. I feel like the value for what you get is very good in today’s vitamin market, vitamins can be so expensive and I feel like this is a great vitamin for the price.
