This is the third pair I’ve bought the last six years.I’m hard on them. (Stepped on and broke the last pair)But it’s good battery life, can have a conversation with a lot of background noise being cancelled (talk with buddies while I’m mowing), comfortable, and user friendly.I went the AirPods route for a brief stint, but came right back to these.For lots of background noise, these are the best option I’ve found (and I’ve tried a lot over the years).Are they the best in every aspect? No. But the best overall headphones for situations where noise cancellation on both the earbuds and mic are useful.

I live this poly bluetooth it's great for construction. The reason I loves this product it that it vibrates, speakes the name of the person who's calling, hands free if hands are busy with work and battery life is excellent.

After 4 months the microphone stopped working. I called Poly/HP and was told they were sending a replacement. The replacement was a regular set of ear buds. I bought this because when I am cycling I lose them when they fall out and for the longer battery life. Bottom line is I paid for expensive headphones, they went bad and Poly/HP is unable to send me the same replacement. Pretty much a waste of money for me.

First pair died (won’t charge anymore) after 2yrs of constant use.

I have used many headsets over the years but done as good as these. I like that I do not have to leave them in my ears all the time. :-) I also like these compared to ear buds that always fall out.

My wife is on the computer and phone all day with meetings and calls. She owned an earlier version of this product but the port for the USB got damaged and she went back to a wired headset. I came across this newer version were they changed the charging plug, to a charging dock block.My wife loves them. No issues. Great quality, comfort and performance.

I have really liked this headset, and when my old one started to fail after two years of daily use I bought a replacement. However, it shipped without a USB connector. I was able to pair it with my old connector, but the sound quality is noticeably worse than with my old headset. Disappointing experience.
