The squares are a better quality than some of the ones that I’ve bought previously. They are a perfect size for separating slices of homemade bread before putting them in a freezer bag and freezing them. The sheets can be used more than once, which makes them a really good deal. They come in a convenient and sturdy little box that can be closed with a tab.

I use these for making bagels and they are perfect to work with! They hold up well in the boiling process and can even be reused (within the same batch) without any issues. The size is great for a 90 gram bagel which allows enough room for you to peel it off the bagel in the water and it’s so much easier than cutting up parchment paper! It is odorless and a dream to work with!

These work great for freezing burger patties. I use one on each side of the patty and the don't stick together in the freezer. The paper also comes off easy when it's time to cook.

I bought this exact brand less than a year ago and then once again this month and the quality is astoundingly different. Much thinner and pliable. I use it for making cinnamon rolls in muffin tins so it works for my needs but I highly doubt that using these to keep meat from sticking during freezing will be very effective.

works very well for sepearating meat patties for freezing. If vacum sealing, freeze the patties first so as not to squish them. Good purchase. Ehen ready to use, peel the paper off the frozen patties so the meat wont stick to the paper.
