The Amazon Basics 20” High velocity fan is a great fan at a reasonable price. Don’t let the size fool you. This fan with metal blades really moves some air. We sleep with a fan on 365 days a year. This fan is just the right size and makes just enough noise to lull you to sleep. Purchased this fan in January 2025 when our old one bit the dust. We have been using this fan every night and it is awesome. It has held up well, cools the room and makes just enough noise. I highly recommend this fan to anyone looking for a good fan at a reasonable price.

So far this fan is amazing. On the lowest setting and its perfect for sleeping. I need noise and a fan that gives both that and cool air. I think I found the right one lol it blows pretty hard on the highest setting and it is noisy for those that want a silent fan but for me its perfect. No remote but that's fine because im used to the nobs on most fans and it is pretty lightweight for being metal. Easy to put together as well. Just two legs that attach to the sides and screw in and that's it.

Fans has good power. Easy assembly. 3 speeds on this and I only use the lowest speed. Over all good quality and performance.

exactly 2 years to the day of purchase July 14th... my fan died...the motor sparked and sputtered and sizzled and died.. i just bought my second one. when it worked it was amazing. i loved it.. so sad that it died....

This fan is working perfectly. The power on it even on low gets air moving and i can tell a difference from when i didnt have it. Ive noticed my ac runs a bit less as result and my upstairs isnt as stuffy. Now this fan is loud on the high setting. If you are a light sleeper it will disrupt your sleep. I only turn it on during the day to move the cool air from downstairs to my upstairs and turn it off at night.
