This is the metal libra jewelry display tray . It's not movable.

Are you able to take the scales off? Or are they permanently attached?

You can take the scales off but it does not work like a scale. I believe it’s only for decoration.

How much does this weigh? I was thinking of using it as a cake topper.

It is pretty light weight. I got this for my daughter for her office. It would be the perfect size for a cake topper.
