Good for water weight

I am not swollen!
This product works! How I know? My rings still fit and are loose while I am pregnant. My ankles are not swollen. I have been taking these since I was about 2 months pregnant. I have daily regular bowel movements (maybe tmi but if it helps someone=good) and no swelling in my body. I do drink a LOT of water on regular basis to maintain health. The pills don't really taste like anything since you swallow them and don't distinguish much. When you first open the bottle, it smells really good! I am on my 5th of 6th bottle already. Very happy!
