Good stuff...
Recommended by the gazebo canopy company. Sprayer works great! Didn't have to climb on the thing to reach the top. Had to use 1 3/4 bottles to get complete coverage (10x12). Will be getting this again next year.

actually works I was surprised
When I followed the instructions, I was doubtful if it would be rain repellent, and it was. Pretty sure it needs to be redone every so often.

Product leaked during shipping.
Good Product. I used this on a grill cover about 9 years ago and just resealed it with a new bottle. While the product is good quality, the bottle arrived about 1/2 full after leaking. There was enough for the job so I didn't return it but was not satisfied.

Manufacturer admits quality issue. Do not buy this product
I received my purchase today and used this product on a less than one year old Sunbrella fabric cushion that I cleaned two days ago and was completely dry. I applied the spray according to the directions on the bottle and as demonstrated in a YT video that was produced by the manufacturer. After spraying the cushion I noticed as it was starting to dry that white spots were forming across the fabric. I immediately cleaned the cushion again, agitating with the soft brush and rinsed throughly, however as the photo shows white spots still remain. I went to the manufactures website in order to find a contact number and found on the site this advisory:"We have recently discovered there is a quality issue with some of our most recent production runs of our 303 Fabric Guard Formula. This could result in the product leaving white residue on your fabric after treating/drying. If you experience this issue, the residue can be removed by using any fabric safe cleaner containing surfactants (such as our 303 Multi-Surface Cleaner, or a strong dish soap or laundry soap). Apply the cleaner generously to the stain using a soft bristle brush, and scrub vigorously. Let dry. May need to be repeated, depending on severity of stain. We are offering a full refund for any defective product."Amazon does not accept returns of this product because it is considered a hazardous liquid. I have emailed the company requesting a full refund, however it is extremely disappointing that this product was not pulled from inventory and that Amazon continues to sell it.

~IS this the best? Hmmmm.~
Wow, I just realized I purchased this a little over 2 months ago for my Eclipse Spyder and on 5/12/14, I FINALLY went through the steps to apply both products. Before making your purchase, it is recommended that you use a horsehair brush to both clean and apply the fabric guard. From reading other reviews, it is made quite clear that using a horsehair brush can be a pain. I also recommend using a microfiber cloth in case you cannot find a suitable brush for the task. When I was initially going to buy RAGGTOPP convertible kit, but it was the reviews for their horsehair brush that gave me reason to pause and search a little bit more, which is how I learned of 303. The horsehair brush worked out well for me because I had purchased one years ago at Vilanto's Menswear at Eastland Mall in Charlotte, NC, (not sure if the spot is still there) when I lived there. The owner of both the clothing & shoe store gave me some of the best advice ever: do not use shoe polish on leather shoes. Real leather does not need polish, only to be buffed to a shine. Using polish only cheapens the look, and it was a Floresheim horsehair brush that I bought and used to help clean and apply both 303 products. Amazingly, I thought that after using the brush for this project, I would not be able to use it again on my shoes. I was happily proven wrong, so now it has 2 purposes for me and I do not have to concern myself with trying to find another brush that works just as well. I waited until the weather got much warmer and while it is possible to apply these in cooler temperatures, due to my lack of experience working with something like this, I felt it prudent to wait and learn hopefully all there is to this.I simply wet the entire top with warm water and sprayed the entire top with the cleaner. Be sure to hit all the seams, as well, and there will be plenty of wiping to remove the product overspray from your windows and possibly portions of your paint when you spray your back window. I used the brush to make sure everything nook and cranny was treated and maybe I removed 3 hairs from the top. I waited 20 minutes and used a microfiber cloth to remove the cleaner. Next, I evenly sprayed the fabric guard and again, expect to spend a little more time removing any areas that the fabric guard does not need to be on. I then used the brush again to even out the spray and to be sure the top was completely covered. The instructions state the curing can take anywhere from 6-12 hours, and I calculated that since I finished around 7 in the evening, by the next morning at the same hour the fabric guard would have done its work. This is super easy to do and I did not have a water hose to use, only a big bucket of water that I did not have to change to complete this. Should you use a microfiber cloth to perform each step, be sure to use circular motions so you can really get into the grooves of the fabric and make it easier to see what areas you have touched. I hope this helps you. Thank you.
