Combo Cooker

I took the precaution of re-seasoning this when it arrived as it did appear a little dull, it may have been fine. What you get is a great pair of pans that can be used as a frying pan plus separate deeper pan or together as a "dutch oven". They have a good weight, not too heavy for the short handles but weighty enough to hold considerable heat energy. Whilst cooking bacon and eggs or an omelette the heat distribution appears good. I bought this version as it is big enough for use whilst camping rather than as an enormous casserole pot for use at home and it will be adequate for that. Cleaning has been easy so far, just allowing it to cool a little draining off the excess oil and using salt and kitchen towel to "scrub" out any sticky bits. A final rinse with plain water (no detergent) and wipe to ensure that it is dry before storage is all that is needed. It works well on an induction hob, both the home one and the single one I have for camping.

Great cast iron given its cheap price!

Absolutely fantastic quality! They arrived pre seasoned but I seasoned them anyway, works fantastic, nothing sticks, perfect for steaks as heat is equally distributed, but also great for anything else. Mind that it's not for people who don't have enough time to take care of pans after cooking, they need to be dry out completely and rub with oil after use but it's definitely worth spending 5 extra min. Also very smart design, love the fact that pan can work as a lid as well and price is fantastic. Recommended!

Wouldn't recommend really disappointed washed once and started to rust straight away,was really looking forward to use unfortunately....

I bought this for using in the oven to make sourdough bread. It does the job perfectly. I picked this particular cast iron pan as it has more uses than just making sourdough. I already have casserole dishes aplenty that I could have tried. This however splits into two pans to be used on the hob. I do not like items that only have a single purpose unless it's an item I'd use very frequently.

Solid . Looks good and so handy to have lid that doubles as a pan too. Read instructions re care of washing. Good price . Size is good for bulk cooking and it's size reduces spillage. Once it heats it's an even hot cook

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit der Qualität des Produktes

Es un caldero u horno holandés. No es una sartén «de las películas de vaqueros» con una cazuela «de regalo». Si te compras esto a modo de postureo para «fardar» ante tus visitas te vas a llevar una gran decepción. No entiendo a toda esta gente que se queja del óxido o «el esmalte que se desprende». No lleva ningún esmalte, es simplemente una pátina que hay que mantener. Olvídate de fregarla con productos desengrasantes como el KH3 y detergentes de ese estilo. Estos utensilios no se limpian así. Olvídate también de ponerlo a remojo de un día para otro y olvídate también del lavavajillas (el electrodoméstico, no el detergente). Si no tienes claro esto ya te puedes preparar para rascar óxido todos los días. En cuanto al peso, si padeces artritis en los brazos mejor busca otras alternativas. Pesa bastante, eso te lo puedo asegurar. Ten cuidado también de que no se te caiga al suelo; las baldosas peligran y tus pies también. Dicho esto, si lo utilizas según el uso previsto tradicional es una maravilla. En mi caso como por motivos de espacio no tengo horno, lo uso como substituto sobre un fogón de gas a fuego lento. El resultado no tiene nada que envidiar al de un horno normal. El mantenimiento en realidad es mucho más simple de lo que pintan: una enjuagada con agua tibia y una esponja con jabón, secado y una untada con dos gotas de aceite extendidas con un papel de cocina. Realmente no se necesita más.

Il design 2 in 1 è davvero pratico: il coperchio funziona anche come padella grill, perfetto per cucinare carne, verdure o pane direttamente sul fuoco o sulla stufa.Il materiale è robusto e di alta qualità: la ghisa trattiene benissimo il calore e lo distribuisce in modo uniforme. La pentola è pre-condizionata, quindi pronta all’uso sin da subito, e con un po’ di cura nel tempo migliora ancora di più.

Ces poêles pré assaisonnées KICHLY en fonte sont top ! Nous étions un peu dubitatifs mais finalement à l'usage nous sommes conquis. Un peu long pour l'entretien, le nettoyage et le séchage (elles ne passent pas au lave-vaisselle) mais la cuisson est parfaite, ça n'attache pas dedans ! On sent que c'est costaud et de Bonne qualité, comme espéré à ce prix.
