First of all, it’s real it’s super sturdy and well put together. I ordered 4 more sections and I have told other people about it. I zip tied it to my neighbors chain-link fence what a difference! I zip tied it in an uneven pattern and added the grape leaves, I know you can get that off Amazon. Couldn’t be happier. One section I use as a gate that in another section has weathered a New York winter in a very windy area with no signs of you can’t tell the difference from what I just put in a few weeks ago to last years install. 👍🏽

Most of the bamboo are less that 0.7 inches in diameter. Some quite less. I don't think the product matches the pictures. I installed it, nevertheless. It seems fairly study and I needed it now. Also, it was shipped USPS, which I think makes it hard to return. if it was shipped via Amazon, I might have returned it. The wire stringing the bamboo pieces is bare, not insulated. Maybe it is stainless steel, I hope so, otherwise in my environment outdoors, it might rust out quickly. I measured, and my words above are incorrect. See photo. I guess I expected each piece to be 0.7 minimum. I think, on average they are 0.7, and many ends are less and many butts (thickest end) are more. It is sturdy and well made, so I am going to order another. One odd thing, it came via USPS, not via Amazon, which would seriously complicate a return. I am wondering why people return this item, I don't see any other reviews.

I used this bamboo on the sides of my Lifetime 20' x 8' shed near my Hawaiian themed pool. So far so good but oddly got some black fungus spots on it where I live in the desert (4" of rain a year). Must have come from the factory. Just sprayed hydrogen peroxide on the spots and it pretty much went away. Added some thatch on the roof and I got a Tiki Hut!
