It had arrived quickly, it was packaged fine and it worked well, they're was times where it was a little bit uncomfortable to wear but I guess that's the the whole point and it shows that in order to better the posture you will feel a little discomfort and pain but overall it is great!

When my back is really bad I wear this, it definitely helps keep my posture which in turn, causes less backpain. It's not the most comfortable at first but you get used to it, I don't think that's a problem with the product, it does its job and the material is soft. However, it does need readjusting sometimes for it to be effective.

I found this really helpful to wear when working (office job) as it pulls my shoulders back and reminds me to sit upright.I am very petite so I was worried the straps would be too big for me but they are very easy to adjust to fit all sizes. The straps are the perfect width to not interfere with your natural movements but enough to correct your posture.

It is ridiculous to us, the velcro does not attach, when it's on it pinches the skin, the velcro is on the wrong side so when you attach the loops they twist and chafe the body, the item looked nothing like the photos, to make matters worse they sent the wrong size, so I tried it on my son and it would not fit an average size 14-year-old child, it is poorly made rubbish, to be honest do not waste your money on this item, better alternatives are available for a few pounds more.

I had terrible back pain for the longest time. I work in construction and if you’ve ever swung a pick you’ll know how bad it can hurt your back the next day. Turns out I had bad posture too, because after using this I stand up taller and straighter and my back doesn’t hurt half as much anymore.

It does what it should, but the straps are not wide enough and I can only wear it for an hour at a time.That said, 1 hour on and off is enough for me.I imagine if you want a bit more comfort, you need to pay a bit more.
