It works good. I have used 20 days, started iteching in my skin and entire body burning sensation. Please be careful. Went for bold test more white cells. Don’t no how to reduce and how to solve . Suffered from after taking this tables.

High dosage do not take everyday
Good supplement and I know it works BUT the zinc content in this is HIGH! Took 1 capsule a day for a week and got eye twitching. Stopped it for 8 days and the twitching stopped. Do not take it everyday!!!!
