This kit is fantastic, everything you need. The hammer is a little light weight so you will need a heavier hammer but everything else is great. The back is heavy duty but I wished it had more compartments to keep tools organized.

This is a birthday gift for a cousin who turned 10. He plans on becoming a paleontologist. He was so thrilled! He will be going on a dino dig next spring and can't wait to use his new kit. His grandmother is a rock hound and they also go rock hunting and can use the kit for this as well. 2 Birds and one stone so to say. I highly recommend the kit.
