It starts with 15 pages of positive things about a franchise in very general terms. After that the rest of the book is a collection of “what can go wrong in a franchise” written in a very sad and depressing manner with 0 solutions. None of these problems come with solutions for you as a reader to learn something or examples from real life. There are just scenarios of what can go wrong, which any individual can imagine by itself. If you want to learn how you can improve your franchise or prepare yourself before you go on this road I am afraid that this book has no value to bring on the table. After reading it it makes you hate franchises and start looking for something else.
