I ordered this really absolutely fabulous Pureology Mousse twice from the UK to Austria. The mousse is excellent for fine hair, I never had such a good mousse before and now I am on my third bottle and take the effort to order from the UK, because it's not available in my country (unfortunately, a huge mistake auf the L'oreal Holding which owns the brand Pureology - don't know why the brand is not present in Austria, Germany, etc.... hope this will change any time, but till then I will order via Amazon UK as long as possible). Beside the absolute recommendation of this mousse the delivery experience was horrible: Both items came with UPS unfortunately with a broken nozzle and cap. An experience obviously many customers had before me too, when I read the review. I managed to make the cans work with much effort, but thats not what I'm expecting when ordering via Amazon for that highend price. It's not a problem of the product itself, it's an Amazon problem! -> The packaging method is definitely not well selected for this item, when writing this review (2025-06)., I hope this will change asap as I'm not the first reviewer here, who loves the product but got a broken product because of transport damage. Amazon really knows better usually. I never had any issue like that before in over 20 years ordering. So Amazon please: Because of the thin plastic cap and nozzle the product needs a special care packaging, so the item will survive the transport easily and make your customer a 100% happy :-). Arrived with a broken nozzle. I'm not happy, but I need the product now so I'll have to struggle with it.

One of the best hiar volume Mousse I have ever used, you need litle and it lasts a long time, so overall the cost poer use is good

Love this mousse . My hair is very fine and it gives it body. Lovely smell and doesn’t weigh it down. You only need a small amount so lasts ages.

I love this product. However, Amazon does an EXTREMELY POOR job of packing this product for home delivery. Recently I ordered two containers. The package arrived and ONE of the containers had a broken nozzle. Amazon Customer Service kindly reimbursed me for the broken container. Subsequently, I ordered another container to replace the one with the broken nozzle. Today the replacement arrived - the nozzle was intact (thank goodness), but NO LID! Unbelievable! I will use the lid from the broken nozzle container - but REALLY!!!! Excellent Product but very poor Amazon packing.

The nozzle was broken and I couldn’t use. A huge waste of money.

The cap was a little off..I didn’t think it was broken until I read some of the reviews so now I think it was. When I dispensed it in my hand it was liquid goop that never foamed up..so I rinsed my hand off shook it really hard and tried again and same thing…I put in my hair thinking ok maybe that’s just how it is…my hair was this flat sticky messy crap! So im thinking the cap was messed up and is why it came out like that…nothing like taking over $40 and throwing it right in the garbage! Wish I could get my money back! Update Tried to get it out of my hair this morning and it was like literal glue in my hair and was not budging at all! I shoulda read the reviews however someone needs to stand behind this absolute garbage! I'm trying to find an actual ph # for Amazon....I'm going 'Karen' over this crap!

i have very thin hair and this product gives me lots of lift and body without making my hair "stiff".

Love the product, but when I received it the nozzle was broken off. I think it will still work, but may help to tape cap on to prevent this from happening.
