Check the product before gifting someone

It was a gift and the feedback wasn’t good at all. I was disappointed when I heard the handle wasn’t setting properly for the rubber wasn’t good. I know it’s too late to share it but couldn’t expect it. It’s hard to lock and even more harder to unlock. I wish I knew it on time for a replacement or return.
