Can you tell me what the two 'F' parts of the product are made of and what force in Nm they can take?

They are made of all steel construction, i cant tell you the force in nm my friend but these are some of the best clamps ive ever used, ive held 3 scaffolding planks together with these if that makes a difference.

Are these reversible for use as spreaders?

No, as they can't be disassembled.
