This does not fit my siemens 200 amp panel!!!!?

You may want to look at your panel model type and then get a list of corresponding hubs that fit it. Should be able to find out on line at their site. You may have a Siemans panel but there are many configurations even in the same brand lines. I'm a 32 year electrician and 24 year lic. Electrical Contractor and yes this is frustrating sometimes.

Is there a plastic version of this for use with PVC?

I have never seen PVC hubs for sale, only aluminum hubs, which can be used w/ male threaded PVC.

Will this fit a 200 amp panel? What is the distance between the holes for the screws?

I don't have that info. but if you check their site, a lot of times you can find further information on sizing.
