Good for intended use.
Appears well built, sewing stitches are even, material appears sturdy, handles in the right places, not a solo backpack item but in the truck or for emergency use with a team medic it's a must have.

honest review from instructor
A great add to any first aid kit or class. Works well, stores away small and can be a great people mover in remote enviormental or in a mass casualty incident.

Hope I never need it.
Great price, it’s considered a disposable item in case it’s contaminated with body fluids. I added this to my trauma kit . Great to keep in the truck if you spend time in the woods camping, overlanding or hunting.

Super sturdy
I originally bought a couple of these for search & rescue training to bring lightweight manikins in/out of the field. However, we recently used them for wilderness first aid training to carry an adult in. I was pretty amazed how strong and sturdy this inexpensive soft stretcher is. I quizzed our participants on the stretcher & all gave it a thumbs up - even our patient who was carried quite a distance to the trailhead. Plan to order more for our SAR unit!

Great litter
I was a Cubmaster a few years back. We had this parent in our group who was 6’5” and about 285. On one of our hikes he trips and collapses in a heap. All the other dads and I just looked at each other thinking the same thing, ‘How are we going to carry this guy out?’ Luckily he wasn’t hurt too bad and was able to continue the hike. I immediately ordered one of these litters when I got home and it stays in my adventure bag with other trauma gear and first aid. Not only is it great for immobilized humans, it would be great for larger pets too. It’s a great piece of insurance.
