This was a recommended brand and I am unsure how to judge/compare its effectiveness but my plants are still alive and looking healthy. Easy to apply with the little spoon and a little goes a long way, I have barely made a dent in the purchased amount and it has been over a year.

So easy to use just put 2-3 scoops around shrubs, roses etc and no more feed needed for 6 months

I had come across a few comments mentioning their packages arrived damaged – either with a broken plastic box, moisture damage, or both. This raised my concerns, but thankfully, our package arrived intact. Perhaps our central London location played a part, with a shorter transit time compared to more remote areas. I'd advise those in farther regions to consider this before ordering. The plastic container is notably flimsy, seemingly vulnerable to damage from minor mishaps. I've rated this product 4/5 as it's straightforward to use and delivers on its promises. However, its value proposition and packaging could be improved. Initially, I considered rating it 3/5. If a 3.5/5 option existed, it would've been my choice.

what ive noticed with my tub the balls are almost all blue with very small amount of the other colours, and in my 10yrs of using gro sure the ratio have always been a good mix of all, these are up-to 6 months feed so whaen i added these to my 5 fruit tree planters i was expecting the ph levels to at least have gone slightly up but when i scratched the top layer of soil the blue balls were tripple the size the rest almost gone and my ph levels are really low my apple tree is showing just under 5 on the meter reading and should be around 7 at most which tells me no feed is getting to my trees from this product, ive also been told the blue balls are for water retaining which made me look into the tub and 95% of the balls are blue so it seems i got a 2kg tub of water retaining product.

I've used this product before and it keeps my potted plants flowering all summer.

Started using this this in tomatoes and have now used it in everything that goes in a plant pot. I mix a fistful in with the compost when replanting or repotting and I have seen improvements in growth and quality. If we going away for a few days and the plants will be left I sprinkle some on the surface and water it in as well which seems to help. a fairly inexpensive way of giving your plants some additional vigour.
