Ich benutze L-Arginin nach Absprache mit meinem Arzt unter anderem gegen meinen Bluthochdruck (in Verbindung mit Blutdrucksenkern). Es ist zwar keine Wunderwaffe, aber nach 1 Jahr im "Test" muss ich sagen, dass mein Blutdruck sich dauerhaft immer wieder stabilisiert und teilweise weit unter dem standardwert von 120 zu 80 fällt. In Spitzenzeiten mit L-Arginin (ab ca 2000 bis 3000 mg am Tag) ist der Blutdruck bei 112 zu 75. Man darf aber nicht außer Acht lassen, dass man mit der normalen Ernährung L-Arginin eine Rolle spielen und auch hierzu die täglichen Umstände mit einfließen. Dieses L-Arginin-Produkt finde ich farblich interessant (Verpackung). Allerdings riecht es ja wie bei jeder Fermentation mal leicht fischig oder zumindest mehlig. Solange es hilft, ist das aber kein Problem.
