small piece off when delivered
Everything seems like fine when delivered, but a small piece was broken. Since it does NOT affect the usage, I taped it and won't worry about it too much, the only wish is that the qualities of all other parts are better than this one.

Freezer Review
I really like it, I think there should have been 4 baskets, there was one good size ding on the corner but thankfully its on the back and did not pierce the freezer skin. I like the wheels it makes it really easy to move. Thanks for the quick delivery as my nutrisystem expensive diet meals arrived the next day.

It's good for what it is.
It moves easy with little to no resistance. The price is average. Energy efficiency I haven't had it long enough to know.

Great quality good size freezer chest! Settings 1 through 5, I keep mine at 2 and half and it keeps things frozen soild, haven't noticed any difference in my electric bill glad I finally purchased one

I love this thing! And just an FYI, I wanted to fill the top with more baskets I took a risk and order the following. Great solution, great value
This has been better than expected. Set at the recommended '5' setting, the freezer is a steady -5F, which is perfect for us. We bought an inexpensive thermometer to keep inside. It's dimensions are easier to reach into than the Insignia we were considering, and this also has power/compressor/temp warning lights that that brand lacked.

The box looked like they dropped it and beat it all the way to my door
The freezer is great..However the box was beat to crap and the freezer had a huge dent. I had to ship it back and wait for a replacement. The replacement box looked almost as bad but the damage to the actual freezer was minor compared to the first one so i kept it. It works great but it does have a dent.
