Does the job perfectly, arrived quickly

I have used this tape 4 or 5 times a month for my ankles and knees when hiking. Its been amazing I noticed that somedays it was difficult to remove but still swore by it. On Saturday I went von a long walk (15 miles) temperature rose to 24°Celsius and the glue melted. I felt no pain while walking the burnt pain began after I removed it and I've spent 5 days treating it with burn gel to stop the heat. When I googled it this seems a known issue. I will still use it once the skin heals but I will be more aware of length of time and the temperature in future.

Really helped to alleviate ankle pain when walking, after an accident where I had twisted my ankle. I made sure to watch a video on how to apply the tape for ankle stability and it has made a huge difference to my ankle pain and confidence when walking. You can really notice the stability the tape provides once applied correctly and in position. Stays on really well even after a few showers.

Great for support if injured. A lot of YouTube / online sources can show how to tape for different needs. I have hypermobile joints so they can provide great support for this.Really good for plantar fasciitis and can also be good during pregnancy for extra support!

It’s ok, but very temperamental. Sometimes it sticks like gorilla glue and you skin yourself taking it off, other times it falls off after only a few hours, generally average performance. Has cm squares on back for easy measurements. Do a patch test before using and make sure skin is clean and shaven to minimise irritation (I learnt the hard way peeling it off of leg hair, don’t recommend). On the whole it’s a good, cheap choice to get you used to using K tape, but I would recommend something more professional once better experienced with the product.

I've tried this tape for several days on my wrist and neck (having showers in between and breaks without it on). However I did find that it was getting quite itchy and irritated. I have Ehler's Danlos, and so I'm more prone to have allergies to adhesives unfortunately. If I wasn't allergic to the adhesive, I'd definitely continue to use it. I'll have to try other brands and see if I react to them as I can't justify my skin feeling like it's on fire to replace my joints aching 😂It was easy to apply (make sure to round off your edges with sharp, clean scissors. I'd advise to watch some tutorials on YouTube, they're very helpful).The tape stayed in place for several hours and didn't seem to lift and it provided enough support without feeling restricted. I actually forgot I had it on until it started to itch. I'd also make sure to shave any area with hair before applying unless you want a rude awakening, this is a strong tape after all! 🙃Overall I give it 4/5. I'll just hunt down an alternative for myself. But for the price, I'd say it's a good dupe for KT tape, and it goes a long way.

Great tapes, sticking very well

Used after a chiropractor appointment so had to buy some. Amazons own was the cheapest and did a great job. So good I recommended it to people in work, and now regularly replace it.
