My physical therapist has assigned daily exercizes with stretchy bands. He showed me how to knot the band, then close it into the doorway. This door anchor is a stronger and more dependable way to hold the stretchy bands in place. Once inserted in the doorway you can leave it in place without affecting use of the door. Different weights of bands are easily changed and inserted into the door anchor without having to remove it. A great solution.

This works very well for using with my resistance bands. I did think it would be a bit larger but it works fine and is very easy to use.

Great product at an affordable price. I am in physical therapy for my rotator cuff, this will hold tension bands over the door or on the side of the door enabling you to do complete workouts or therapy.

works as advertised.

For the price I would have expected a more substantial product. After only a couple of uses the nylon band that you loop your resistance bands through is already fraying. I'm going to have to bin this already as I dont want it snapping whilst under pressure. I'm using it with Ryher bands not EddHomes resistance bands but that shouldn't make a difference. Waste of money unless you're only using very light bands.
