Helps me fall asleep easily. I also don’t wake up as much and I’m able to sleep past 5 am. I have also noticed my anxiety has lessened. Love that they are vegan, don’t understand why a lot of these vitamins have animal products in them. Highly recommend 👍🏻

This has valerian in it I didn't realize that until after I bought it

The product was different than the original which had theanine and ashwaganda in it even though the bar code was the same. I am sure it is a good product, but they are not the same and it should be looked into. Thank you.
