Simple yet effective
I need knee replacement surgery. The change in my gait is causing my hamstrings to tighten up and give me cramps at night . I use this tool to try to loosen my hamstrings and quads and so far it has helped quite a bit. I would recommend this tool.

Excellent product
I purchased this item for my severe sciatica and other issues. I had previously purchased Tiger Stick for $40 and it worked well, but wasn't worth the price so I looked for an alternative and found this item. Maybe no quite as comfortable, but it does the trick and for the money well worth it
