I’m writing the review on the level of customer service and satisfaction.I ordered this and had it for the grandkids birthday. It was a hit with the kids however after the first use it developed a split at one of the seams. I started the return and the company offered to replace -which I chose and unbelievably the replacement was delivered the very next day. That’s great customer service! The kids are enjoying the replacement and nothing has happened to this one so hopefully the original item was just a defect at the factory.

Decided to find a slip and slide and came across this one. I’m glad I did because both my 6 and 12 year old enjoyed it. The slip and slide was very easy to setup! I used it twice already and the plastic it’s made of is still holding up and so are the body boards. I do recommend being able to set it up on a flat area due to more water spraying outside the area on one side. Due to my water pressure we were able to get the water streams about 4 feet in the air. It’s easy to fold up and store away. I would buy it again!

Kids loved the slide. Unfortunately, the orange body board wouldn't inflate. The red one did. The kids were able to play with the one board. Contacted customer service, I'll update when there's more to share.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:We got this for our 4 and 5 year old grandchildren. They have had a big time so far this summer with this slide. Very pleased with it so far.

It busted open when we 1st tried it. My kids were having fun for 20 mins and the middle part ripped open. Tried to tape it but it didn't work.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I thought it looked nice. It is very big . Big enough for teenagers but it doesn't work. So unless you want to sit there and hold a hose on it while kids run . Don't buy jt.Functionality:Doesn't work.I had to stand there and spray it with the hose so My kids could use it. SmhOnce Im able to fold it up I'll be returning it. What a waste of $$

This slip and slide has been a total hit with the kids! The included tubes make it even more fun and help them slide faster (and with fewer belly flops!). Perfect for ages 3 and up—everyone had a blast. Setup was easy, and it kept them entertained for hours. Only tip: make sure the ground underneath is smooth, and have towels ready because they won’t want to stop! Love the fun bright color of it!

My kids love it. Had a different one but it was shorter and had some weird entry part. This one is way better and really good length for my 9-10 year olds.
