Excellent
Good little saw. Runs very well. Its a handy size and I found it can be manipulated quite easily with one hand for very short periods of time whilst twisting logs. The blade supplied is of a good quality and has coped with some quite heavy use with only minimal adjustment. The saw comes with a double ended plug-spanner, which also fits the adjusting bolts and the screw tensioner with the bladed end. Also came with a zipped tool pouch, blade cover and handy mixing bottle with bendy spout. Overall I am very pleased with it so far...

I love it!!!
I plan on getting the NAX200C or the 300C next because I love the peformance of this. Low kickback is so useful for safety. Here is what comes with it; A tool kit (red zipper bag with a screw driver, wrench and more A guide bar A 10" chainsaw chain A gas can of 1L and a separate compartment to help add oil. (The gas can has a lid which can be rotated to act as a straw to not get messy which I adore) A cover for the guide bar What it offers: Light weight means it's good for cutting trees while on a rope or harness Self explanatory starting system which is very simple. And more! HOW TO START IT 1. Make sure you have a full tank of Oil and chainsaw mixture/fuel (1:40 ratio). 2. Ensure the chain brake is on and open the air located on the right side of the accelerator and pull it up until you hear a click. 3. Pull the rope until you hear a starting sound like a rumble. (This can be done with the chainsaw in your hand or on a flat surface) 4. When you hear a rumble, push down the air until you hear a click. 5. Afterwards pull the rope until it starts. 6. Turn off the chain brake 7. Enjoy! TIPS: Turn it on every once in a while to make sure it doesn't need maintenance. (I do it every 11 days or so). If it doesn't start go to your local mechanic otherwise you'll risk performing additional damage. Do NOT change the chain guide and chain while the motor is still warm as you'll risk burns wait for it to cooldown; The motor is located at the rear right of the chainsaw in between the chain guide and air. There is a symbol that says to not touch it while it's warm.

No apparent parts availability or backup
Initially I was very pleased with this little saw, I have many so have plenty of experience. I brought it Black Friday and decided today was the day for its first proper job, worked very nicely until the recoil starter broke all to bits. I could have tolerated this however when I trawled the internet looking for parts there just isn’t any or any dealers. Got about 45 minutes use out of it if that. Being how it’s “licensed from Briggs and Stratton” I expected parts availability. I was wrong. Would not recommend based on that. Great shame as in work it was excellent.

Great little saw
Really good saw for the price, it hasn’t missed a beat the one issue I have is starting it, the cord doesn’t draw as smoothly as my other saws do or have and as a result you loose a little control with the saw when you fire it up

Aesthetics
Side panel has silver Briggs and Stratton piece curled up on the corners. Untidy. Seems ok other than that.
