I bought the 4 pack of 4 inch recessed lights for a sunroom I’m building. I bought the lights in Feb but didn’t install them in the room until June. The install was quick and easy as well as setting them up. Since this is a sunroom addition, my WiFi was a little weak to the room. Using them with Amazon echo is great and work as expected. I eventually ended up buying a WiFi extender to strengthen the signal in the new room. There was no easy way to set up to a new network through the smart life app that I could find, so I had to reset the devices. Upon setting up the lights to the new network, one of the lights would not enter the reset process. I’m a pretty technical guy and tried everything and still no setup mode for the one light. I reached out the customer service with my problem and asked for help. They promptly replied to me asking the initial questions to understand the situation. They threw a few troubleshooting suggestions my way, which I tried to no avail. The whole back and forth went a couple of days because of my busy schedule, but with every response I received from them, they were very professional and apologetic. They truly cared about correcting the problem. It was determined that the light had gone bad. Once this was established, they took all of my information and had a replacement sent to me within a few days. The new light, as well as the original lights are working perfectly. This was the second time I’ve purchased these products, the first time being for my man cave. If I ever rework any other room in my house, I will definitely be purchasing these lights again.

Ordered lights Sept 2022 for soffitt install. Half of lights are having issure. Lost the white color or now flickering. Warranty seems to be a joke. Sorry I wasted money on them Update 11/24, junk lights. 3 of the replacement lights r having issues. 2 are starting to flicker and one is dark and fading.

These were great LED lights. About 7 months after the purchase, 1 of them would lose WIFI every once in a while. I figured it was just my WIFI acting up and a simple reset got it back online. Then it lost connectivity permanently a month later. I even put a WIFI Access Point directly below it and it still would never connect. So now my room only has 3 corners lit and one dark corner. The 4 pack is $120, but a single one to replace the one that died is $60?? Not exactly a great option. UPDATE EDIT 7/10/2021: Lola from customer service saw the review and reached out. Warranty on these is 1 year. She sent out a replacement and now I can have my super smexy dance party in my room again! Video proof!

And the default color (which is the only option now that it won’t connect any longer) is a terrible cool blue; when default should be Soft/Warm white.

It got broken really easy.

Have put these through my house. They’ve been nothing but a nightmare. Constantly unhook from Wi-Fi, force me to reset, and flash constantly, and I cannot control them remotely. I’ve done a ton of reworking with the routers to see if that was the issue but no luck. One of the lights stopped working altogether. I’ve tried to reach out to the company several times but received nothing helpful. There is no-one to call to talk things through! Avoid!!

These are so nice in my living room. All kinds of colors and combination varieties. Easy installation too.
