New battery in our Eufy Robo-Vac makes big improvement
Our 2 Eufy Robo-vacs been running shorter and shorter times, down to about 15 minutes, so we decided to replace the batteries. Now they are each running about 1.5 hours at a time, and I think they are doing better at picking up dust also. We are very pleased with the batteries. They were easy to install.

Easy peasy

Bad Battery - Great Customer Service
Battery worked fine for two months and then wouldn't hold a charge. I reached out to the seller. Even though I was so far past the return date, they got back to me in a day and helped me out with a refund. Great service.

Not OEM power or duration levels for the Eufy 11S
First Power, Efuy 11S compatible 3200 mAh replacement battery NEVER approached the OEM, out of the box run time.Our 11S was properly maintained throughout with regular remove and replace of the filter, brushes, coupled with pulling off all hair from the wheels and rotating assemblies.Battery simply put is not engineered to provide OEM power or duration levels.Avoid and purchase anything else.
