The media could not be loaded.  With a lot more frequent hand-washing during COVID times, I bought this to replace my cheap manual foaming hand-pump (left in my picture) from DAISO (dollar store). With manual pumps, eventually the spring in the pump chamber will clog and builds up with gel-ed soap. The chamber stores soap in between uses and over time between each pump small amounts of water evaporate which means the soap mixture condenses a bit. Which means occasionally you have to clean it out by manually pumping tons of times with hot water from the faucet.I got this for two reasons:1- Was looking for something touchless and less annoying to use.2 -Won't have to worry about a dirty pump head or bottle. If I do need to pump hot water to clean it, I can just run my hand over and over now instead of having the manually having to pump it over and over.Overall, does the job pretty well and I'm satisfied. No complaints. Do keep in mind, the microUSB charging port is on the bottom of the top piece of the dispenser. So to charge it you've have to unscrew the bottom bottle portion (Also shown in the picture). Not an issue but just something to be aware of.Use:- Hold top button for 3 seconds - Turn on/off- Press top button & red light - Sets dispenser to give a teaspoon amount of foam- Press top button & blue light - Sets dispenser to give a heaping tablespoon scoop of foamDilution Tip:Mix 1 parts water and 3~4 parts near-hot water in a large cup. Swirl gently, and let it stand for a few minutes (3-5min.) and soap will dissolve. WATERY CONSISTENCY IS VERY IMPORTANT. Pour it into the bottle base and screw it on. Regardless of a manual or automatic pump, you want to soap mixture to be near same consistency as water. Let the pump do the rest of the foaming work. This will maximize the length of use you get out of ANY pump before having to clean it.Remember to lather & scrub your hands for at least 20 seconds to effectively remove dirt, bacteria, and viruses from your hands!

I bought this product in the middle of a pandemic; I am trying to get it so i touch as little as possible when washing hands. this product works great. It’s easy to setup and use, the only complaint i have is that the power charger is underneath, between the reservoir and the dispensing unit. If you have to charge it you had to take it apart. The power unit should go in the back so you can plug it in. The cord as well that they give you is extremely short and you have to supply your own wall adapter. The 4-star rating is given because of those two things.

Have had a this soap dispenser for three months. There's three of us in the house and we all use it frequently each day. We have to refill the soap about once a month. We need to charge the dispenser once every 10-12 weeks. It works great and it is very convenient to use - I end up washing my hands much more often since we purchased it. We use the Amazon brand liquid soap diluted 1 part water to 2 parts soap. The foam it produces is good, but not as fluffy as some of the hand dispensers I've come across elsewhere. We're very pleased with it.UPDATE: It is 17 months since we purchased this dispenser and it has stopped working. It worked great until the last few days. It won't dispense soap despite recharging - makes no sound at all, like maybe the motor died. Anyway, we thought this was great but are disappointed that it didn't last longer.

Update after a few weeks: I HATE THIS SOAP DISPENSER. I had to put multiple pieces of tape on it for it to behave (somewhat) normal. It’s a piece of junk. It always goes off. Constantly. It will dispense soap 7-10 times with no one even in the bathroom. Possession much? Anytime anything is near it, it goes off. Over and over and over. So frustrating and a huge mess. I ended up getting another brand (HSL) and I LOVE it. It doesn’t look as nice as this one- but it actually works. It only activates when a hand is under it, and also rechargeable.Original review:I love that I don’t have to waste money on batteries. I saw people complaining on the charging location.... but I don’t think they realize this is the most ideal location. Soap dispensers get wet, if the charging port was anywhere else, it would get wet. The location is perfect to ensure the charging port won’t get water damage.

I was looking for a good soap foam dispenser for a long time. Was thinking about buying one from China but didn't want to wait for a long time. Apparently the one I've found is really good. It gives enough foam soap, it allows you use soap much more economically. Very useful feature is that internal accumulator is installed and you don't need to replace batteries but just to charge it with USB cable(which by the way is included). The seller send it really quickly and I've received my dispenser in several days. I deffinately recommend it!

I measured out proportions exactly as stated. and got very very watery “foamy” water in hand. Then I tried several times with higher proportion of water or soap. It continues to have little foam, but this soap feel and still watery.I have a hand pump that uses 3 pt water to 1 pt soap. It works perfect.If it comes out I’m too watery, strange, but by adding a little water it makes it airy and with good foam texture.I looked at Q&A’s but got no answers, but read the battery runs low quickly. Another pain in ... Will try again then return it if I get ni better results.

Initially I started by pouring body wash as it is but it wouldn’t work! Add water to lower the density that it can handle - shake well and voila! Works like a charm! The battery lasts long time! I’m more than satisfied for what I got for the price!

I bought this item so we could keep all the people attending our garage sale safe. The problem is that sunshine prevents the dispenser from working. this was a real problem because everyone was outdoors. I would like to return the item, but amazon says the return window has expired. Very disappointed since the cost between this dispenser and the sanitizer fluid to fill it set me back a chunk of change.
