I don’t ususally get htis excited over bags, but these liner bags are worthy of this excitement. Whether I’m prepping for a holiday feast or just whipping up some juicy weeknichg chicken, these liners makie marinating and brining so much easier — and cleaner. They’re super durable, made from food-grade, BPA-free material, and they hold up incredibly well even with heavier cuts of meat and loads of marinade. I’ve never expeprienced no leaks, no mess, no weird plastic smell — just clean brine and juicy flavor. Plus, cleanup? Nonexistent. Pull the bag out, toss it, and the bucket stays spotless. It’s the kind of convenience that makes you wonder how you ever lived without it. If you marinate or brine even occasionally, do yourself a favor and grab these. They’re a total kitchen win, like 10 out of 10!

They work well when new. It's highly probable you wont use them all. At around the 2 year mark if they're stored away for later use they begin tearing. They arent as durable. When brining our brisket last year we had to triple wrap because the bags kept ripping when trying to fill them. Still a great buy. 10 bucks and we brined about 4 briskets before we ran into trouble. It's almost brisket season so we will be purchasing again.

I actually thought I was ordering a bucket that came with the bags, but they work great for a great many things.

Liners are easy to use and seem strong enough to hold up over time. I am using mine for dry food storage. When I went to buy additional buckets at Lowe’s, I found I could get food grade buckets for $1 more than regular ones. I’m still glad I have these bags as I can close them tighter as I use my dry goods and keep extra air out. (As a side note, I found two part food grade lids at Lowe’s also. Outer ring snaps on with rubber seal, and rest of lid screws on easily with another seal. This keeps from having to try to get the outer ring on and off each time you want to access your food.) Even with these new buckets, I’m glad I purchased these liners. I like their suggestion of using them for a brine, especially for whole chickens or turkey. If I didn’t have a large crock I would have used them for making kraut. Compared to trash can liners, they may seem a little pricey, but you have to consider these are food grade and will last a long time for storage. I will buy more as needed.
