This is absolutely the best purchase I have ever made in my life. I am setting up a subscription for this spice and plan on trying more from this company. I first used it on fresh popcorn I made and I was half jokingly telling my family I was going to quit my job and start selling popcorn on the streets full time. Incredible then when my vegan sister came to visit I made a vegan Mexican food feast but almost forgot the corn. Luckily I didn't because it was not only the star of the show it was one of those life changing food moments I will remember forever. Simplest and most delicious corn. I put corn with nothing on it, in the broiler turning it until I heard popping. You want some burnt pieces. Then when I took it out I put it in a mixture of vegan mayonnaise and lime juice with the spice on it. Absolutely the best corn experience of my life. I will be eating corn weekly. People that complained about the spice level I don't get either. Just use less. I had people that don't enjoy over spicy things and they loved it. Everyone needs to own this.

This is quite possibly a case where I needed to manage my expectations. I bought this thinking it would turn popcorn into the street corn flavored snack of my dreams. It really didn't. It's a bit spicier than I expected, which isn't necessarily a bad thing, but it doesn't include the corn flavor. I'm almost embarrassed saying that, but if you're looking for a "complete" elote flavor, this isn't it. However, it probably does turn plain corn into that flavorful elote you're craving.

We love this! Not only do we use it for guacamole, but it tastes good on just about anything! Chicken, sausage, beef, you name it! It's going to be a regular in our cupboard.

If you’re looking for a guacamole seasoning that’s quick and convenient, this one checks the basic boxes—but don’t expect to be blown away. The flavor was serviceable: not salty at all; but good that it's not noticeably underwhelming. It lacked the boldness and freshness you'd hope for in a guac enhancer. That said, it’s not terrible—just a bit bland and lack versatility. With some extra lime, fresh cilantro, or a dash of your own spice blend, it can be elevated and then you'll get the value for your money; on the upside it's large. Bottom line: it’s not a bad pantry fallback, but probably not worth a repeat buy if you’re serious about your guac.
