Product was fine. But delivery was rubbish. Parcel was not handed to the home owner but left on the door step. We it was instructed to leave behind the wheelie bins. X

Product was cheap so will keep it but need to make some alterations. The legs don't align with the holes in the base and the holes are also too small which was disappointing.

This item was purchased for a child with autism. The recipient is now enjoying hours of pleasure

Packaging was terrible, came tangled up to the absolute max. Partner was trying to untangle it for 4 hours, she finally had enough so I had a look and 4 of the strings snapped after about 30 seconds (not intentionally). So we are now attempting to get all this mess off to attach our own wire, but oh my, the wire on ONE BALL is superglued inside a little tunnel. I bought these to try and relax our exhausted brains, instead I’ve ended up with 5 balls with a little tunnel on top, 1 containing a superglued bit of string inside (how wonderful) and a metal detached rectangle. Never again. I have messaged the seller on the day I received it so obviously received no reply yet, depending on the response I get this review may be edited but at the moment my blood pressure is through the roof with this monstrosity. If you’re having a nice day, don’t buy these it will ruin it.Edit: The seller replied swiftly and promptly issued a refund which was appreciated.

This is very study . Not the cheap looking. Very pleased with it.

This was a present for my grandson. Very good quality, easy to set up.

Always fancied one of these and decided to purchase a so called decent one.On getting it out of the box it was all tangled as the balls are strung with very light fishing line. After spending hours untangling it and setting it up it worked really badly for a little while then two of the lines broke making it unusable.I have no axe to grind here but this is genuinely the biggest piece of rubbish I have ever purchased.
